Tools for Keyword Analysis

Aren't we stuck in finding link partners ? This is mainly due to lack of knowledge on keywords and it's symantics and theming of websites. How do we know a particular site is closely related to our site? How do we recognize if it's a direct competitor or not? How do we categorized websites? Is it by theme? or is it by location? Those were some of the problems I kept encountering over and over again while digging up the web for websites worth linking with. Anyway, I just hope the tools listed below will be of great help for all of us.

Ontology finder - It
allows you to find words that Google thinks are related to your keywords by giving you synonymous terms of your keywords to consider for possible keywords.

Google Sets - Helps you find related keywords by creating keyword sets in the same family.

GoogSpy - Helps you in planning Adwords campaign. Great tool that will let you know what terms your competitors are bidding on at Adwords. Just simply enter your targeted keywords and it will then display the domain of your competitors and the terms that they are bidding at Adwords.

Wordnet -
an online lexical reference system whose design is inspired by current psycholinguistic theories of human lexical memory.
